7. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
7.1 The act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request contains no cost in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
9.1 Our trading terms are 28 days from invoice unless agreed otherwise by Food Finders.
9.2 All invoices are sent via e-mail or posted the day the order is delivered.
9.3 Once the payment is due a reminder will be sent either by e-mail, by post or you will be contacted directly by a member of the Food Finders Customer Service Team requesting payment due.
9.4 If the payment is still not made in the following 7-days and received in full an e-mail or a Letter will be sent with our final request for payment due.
9.5 Subject to not receiving payment we reserve the right to appoint a debt collecting agency to recover the amount due which is governed by English Law.
9.6 The debt collecting agency has the power to recover any fees accrued in the process of this action which is again governed by English Law.
9.7 Any returned cheques to our company will incur an administration fee of £35.00 GBP.
9.8 While payment is still outstanding Food Finders reserve the right to hold any other orders placed by the customer with our company until full payment in advance has been received in clear funds.
9.10 Arising from any such failure the account will be closed and any further trading will be pro-format only.
9.11 Goods purchased from Food Finders remains the property of Food Finders until payment is made in full.
10. PRICES & PRICE INCREASES
10.1 Prices quoted on the day will be held for 24 hours and all quotations are subject to writing confirmation.
10.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice or writing confirmation, however every effect will be made to ensure price stability.
10.3 Prices quoted exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be changed
at the rate applying at the time of delivery.
11.1 Any date quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable
for any delay in delivery the goods.
11.2 In the case of goods being delivered on behalf of Food Finders, damaged goods must be
reported with 24 Hours of being received by e-mail, telephone, fax or mobile phone.
12. STATUTORY RIGHTS
12.1 These Conditions do not affect your rights under law and for more information on what these rights are we suggest that you contact your local Citizens' Advice Bureau.
